Listbone offers the following recurring subscription plans for sellers: • Email Notifications — $10/month or $96/year • High-Value Seller (No Email) — $15/month or $144/year • High-Value Seller + Email — $30/month or $288/year Additionally, optional Seller Tier upgrades are available to sellers who meet eligibility requirements: • Basic Seller Tier — $10/month • Pro Seller Tier — $15/month • Premium Seller Tier — $30/month All subscriptions are billed via Stripe and managed from your Seller Dashboard.
You may cancel any subscription at any time by visiting the Subscriptions tab in your Seller Dashboard and clicking "Manage / Cancel." This will redirect you to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel your plan. You may also email support@listbone.com for assistance with cancellation.
When you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Access to subscription features (email notifications, high-value listing eligibility) continues until the current period expires.
Listbone does not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the period ends and no partial refund is issued.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a 12-month period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining months of the annual term, unless required by applicable law.
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, contact support@listbone.com within 5 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
The one-time $1 seller activation fee is non-refundable and is not a recurring subscription. It is a one-time account setup fee required to activate your seller account.
If your High-Value Seller subscription lapses, any listings priced at $5,000 or more may be hidden or removed from the marketplace until a qualifying subscription is reactivated. Standard digital listings and physical items under the high-value threshold are not affected by subscription cancellations. Email notification features will stop immediately once the subscription period ends.
Seller Tier subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Premium) may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain tier benefits until the end of the current billing period. Tier eligibility is subject to meeting the platform's earnings thresholds and may be reviewed periodically.
